TERMS OF SERVICE
- Commissions are for personal use only.
- Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit.
- Please contact me for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.
- I own all rights to my work. Putting my work into any ai engine is prohibited.
- I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise.
- I am allowed to include artwork in my portfolio.
- at least 50% (non-refundable) must be paid before i start
- Once the sketch is approved, the rest must be paid in full before I continue working and finish your request.
- I provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colours, and final check phases.
- Reposting and sharing artwork you commissioned is ok, but please give credit.
- Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined.
- If for any reason you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but before the sketch has been approved, I can give half of the deposit back as a partial refund, this is non-negotiable.
- Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.
Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review.
- Three (3) minor revisions may be requested throughout the process.
- More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.
